Corporate Etiquette is a Must!


In these tough times, now more than ever, it is important to mind your p’s and q’s as you are being heavily scrutinized.

My company - Palm Beach Etiquette (ThePalmBeachSchoolofEtiquette.com) has been called upon most recently to train individuals to ’stand out’ in customer relations or in closing a deal.

A prime example is the International Protocol training that I just did for the steward of a yacht owned by a Massachusetts millionaire. The yacht rents for 500K a week. This company needed to know how to respond to their clientele’s native customs and protocol and potentially ward off embarrassment by committing faux pas(s).
